JOB RESPONSIBILITY - NO WORKS FOR ELECTION, WORK FOR OUR DEPARTMENT, SCHEMES FOR LABOUR SECTORS (W.B.)

Dear All Members,

Keep all Hard Copy and all necessary documents are enough to prove that you are assigned to do duties of other officials except Labour Department. Specially you are involved with ELECTION DUTIES or you completed the election duties of 13 th may and all Show-Cause letters are given to you (if any) not from Labour Department higher officials. [In this case, if you received any letter of Show - Cause from other officials except Labour Departments, please as soon as possible contact with me to take further proper steps].

Also, this is another information to all CKCs, the Job responsibility of CKCs (Scanned Document copy) is available here. There are no definition to do such duties like election duties. In a certain Order, that is clearly said that , CKCs are recruiting for assists higher officials of Labour Department for Schematic works are running by the Labour Department, and also those duties are assigned by the Higher officials concerned from LABOUR DEPARTMENT.

Therefore, there are no responsibility to do or complete those duties are assigned by others authority, who are not from our Labour Department. We are working for Labour Department, drawing salary from Labour Department, recruited to complete all duties are assigned by the higher officials concerned from our Department - Labour Department.

If anyone is involved currently with those kind of duties which are not assigned by the Higher Officials of Our Department, then please inform Labour Commissioner through proper channel, because all schematic works are facing trouble due to complete those kind of duties are assigned by the officials who are not from Labour Department.
