Disparity : Junior Staffs are drawing 35 % of Basic as D.A. where as Senior staffs are drawing 27% of Basic as D.A.
Information : In Berahmpore R.L.O. 10 Clerks out of 13 are drawing 27 % of Basic as D.A. as they are joined on 22nd November, 2010, but rest of clerks (3) are drawing 35% of Basic as D.A. as they are joined after them on 15.12.2010 and 16.12.2010.
Till now this disparity is not solved. Due Respect, we are waiting for higher officials of Labour Department from last 6 Months, but we got no response from their end. We still not know that if they can feel our problem or not, if we keep some value to them then Why this disparity not solved from so long time?
We wants all kind development of our department - Labour Department, All Schematic (SASPFUW, BOCWA, TRANSPORT) works are in progress, may be something be good for us.
