Thanks to our hon'ble Additional Labour Commissioner, Mr. Aziz Rosul, Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal. Total Rs. 15,00,000 /- (Rupeess Fifteen Lacs only) has been transferred to 60 R.L.O.s from WBB & OCWW Board through United Bank of India, High Court Branch vide letter no. 087/650/10/WBCWB Dt. 07-02-2012.

In this regard, each R.L.O. has been alloted Rs. 25,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) - Check your ADMINISTATIVE ACCOUNT OF BOCW. There are some manners should be followed by the Joint / Deputy / Assistant Labour Commisisoner & BRO of concenred RLO as per instruction in the aforesaid letter. The expenditure will be paid via A/c payee cheque following same rules of disbursing cheques from Administrative Account of BOCW for Benefit of workers.
3 Criterias are like below :
1) Rs. 10,000 /- for Awareness Generation and Benefit Distribution Camp.
2) Rs. 10,000 /- for purchasing Furniture (Not exceeding Rs. 5,000 /- each furniture).
3) Rs. 5,000 /- for purchasing Office stationeries.
Also Two more criterias must be followed as per the letter no. 087/650/10/WBCWB Dt. 07-02-2012. utilization Certificate must be sent within 30-04-2012 (with details of 3 kinds of expenditure) and Statement of Itemwise Expenditure, period, in case of (2) and (3) no. criterias which expenditure incurred in a certain period.
