Reported by Atin Das, 11th January, 2011 : As per call of Labour Minister though Atin Das, Mr. Debraj (Assistant of Labour Minister), Yesterday a team of All Bengal Clerks with the Knowledge of Computer Employees' Federation met with Sri. Purnendu Basu, Labour Minister in the chember of Labour Minister, Writers' Building at 2-35 p.m. The Member of that Team is Atin Das, Mainak Pal, Bikram Das, Rudra Sen, Tuhina Saha, Nabanita Talukdar, Suvajit Debnath & Ranajit Kundu.
Mr. Basu told us to Registered our Association as per Society Act. Regsitration Rules and Regulations, only affiliation process should not be the way to create identity of us. Affiliation process as good as political ground and the Registration as per Society Act. is Administration Rule, is required to meet officialy to him next time. He also asked us about the Total Strength of us and total Strength All Bengal Clerks with the Knowledge of Computer Operation Employees' Federation.
The Salary of Sagar Pal, Tufanganj, Cooach Beher stopped for Treasury Officer, Cooachbeher. A prayer has been submitted to Labour Minister for continuing Salary of Mr. Sagar Pal, Tufanganj, Cooachbeher. Mr. Basu treated that as urgent and told us that the salary of Sagar Pal wil lbe made within 2-3 days.
Mr. Basu also told us that he will call all Clerks with the Knowledge of Computer soon for discussing about work, working problems etc. He has all kind of informations that some Assistant Labour Commissioners, Deputy Labour Commissioners, Block Development Officers are thinking us as their own servant and using for personal work of them. We assured the aforesaid information said by himself and we said some kind of works that CKCs are continiously doing in department which are against WBSR. We also said him that some kind of works are allotted to CKCs which should be the works of Group D.
The Renewal Order will be published soon. The Order File is lying in Finance Department and that is under processing. If we will face any problem regarding salary, then please notify him about that in future - instructed by Mr. Basu. In tis matter, he was not interested to say anything about the content of the Order of Renewal.
Mr. Basu also told us that we are able to get all kinds of leaves and help from him and his Government for those CKCs are in studying at anywhere. He told us to Develop Information Technology Skill through working in this Department. In near future, Labour Department will fully computerised, a large number of Computer Clerks will be required due to meet up that situation.
He is very much requested to be Chief Guest in our Convention which will be held on 29th January, 2012. In this matter, he want to talk with his Secretary.
