Our 6th State level Meeting is completed successfully at Maldah Town on 17-12-2011. As per decision of that meeting, all Clerks with the Knowledge of Computer Operation are requested to submit Rs. 250.00 to their District Representative within 02/01/2012 to meet the expenditure will be made for Convention will be held in Kolkata probably on 29th January, 2012. About planning and distribution / assignment of different jobs to CKCs for that upcoming convention, a GENERAL STATE LEVEL meeting will be held on 31-12-2011 in Howrah or Sodepur (probably). The venue will be published soon. All Clerks with the Knowledge of Computer Operation are requeted to attend this General State Level Meeting also.
All the Disrict Representatives / District Secretories are requested to please call Distirct meeting to discussion of the convention before 31-12-2011 and starts the collection of aforesaid amount and submit total amount to State Level treasurer Account of Mr. Ranajit Kundu - Nadia within 05/01/2012.
The all kind Expenditures will be made on that convention will be available through a leaflet at the end of that convention to each and every Clerks with the Knowledge of Computer Operation.
