The meeting of ABACKC is completed successfully on 20-11-2011 in Burdwan District - Tinkonia Bus Stand, Hotel Bidisha. In this meeting the present Districts are - Nadia, Murshidabad, Bankura, Birbhum, North 24 Pgs, South 24 Pgs, Howrah, Hoogly, West Midnapur, East Midnapur, none district from North Bengal were presents in this meeting, though upto last moment some members of North Bengal said about confirmation to attend the meeting, at 11 am the Meeting Starts, some decisions are taken and we reached at some conclusions :
1. Confedental matter has been sent to all mail ids of GB Members (38) and the official district ids of district. please as soon as possible check your mail inbox, if you are a GB member of ABACKC and take necessary action.
2. Communication Process : For any kind of enquery will be solved by the convener - Atin Das - 9647458561, The system mail id is abackc.ld@gmail.com. without district official ids, none can access or modify the system contact database made by google spread sheet.
3. Renewal Status : Some of districts have been sent the Renewal Prayer through Proper channel to Labour Commissioenr, Govt. of West Bengal, Kolkata - 700 001, but some of districts not sent due to not completation of 1 year in this month.
4. The 39th member will be a woman, will be decided and declared into next meeting.
5. Subscription of all district has been sent partly or fully except 4 districts - i) Birbhum, ii) Burdwan, iii) Jalpaiguri, iv) Darjeeling.
6. Expenditure of Murshidabad of the meeting of 24-09-2011 will refunded to Murshdiabad District Fund from ABACKC tresaury.
7. Probably Date of Next Meeting - 17.12.2011 in North Bengal.
