We are recruited almost November 2010 / December 2010. Our Salary includes Basic + DA( On the Date of Joining). Due to aforesaid Salary System some of us are drawing 27 % D.A. and some of us are drwaing 35% D.A. joined after them. This is a violation of Government Rules. How can a junior staff can draw more salary from a senior staff as they are working in same post. This disparity is informed from all districts to our respected Labour Commissioner almost on December 2010, but unfortunately no steps are taken in this regard. Our higher authority need to take necessary actions to draw admissible D.A. to all staffs for smooth conducting of works.
