Salary Head Problem Present Status:

Dear all,
              Our salary head may be change from "01-Salary" head to "02-Wages" head as Finance Department already sent a note sheet to our department for change of our head of A/C. We are very much worried to see our future but we are happy to know that our department is not accepting this note sheet sent by Finance Department due to shortage of fund in Wages head. 

             Our Association is working hard to prevent this situation. We already went to Writers Building several times to discuss this situation with Principal Secretary, Special Secretary and Assistant Secretary of Labour Department and also with Finance Department. We have enough documents to prevent this situation but Finance does not understand the situation. Therefore, we are requesting to all the DLCs, ALCs, and also our Honorable Labour Minister please re-think our situation.

GB Meeting of A.B.C.K.C.O.E.F. (L.D.) - venue shifted from NADIA to Kolkata - Kasba

All members are requested to attention about the Venue shifted from Ranaghat, House of Ranajit Kundu to Kasba - Kolkata (20 Mins Local train distance from Sealdh) Nearest Station - Ballygunge. I, Organiser Secretary, is earnestly requesting to all Governing Body Members of All Bengal Clerks with the Knowledge of Computer Operation Employees' Federation to attend that declared meeting will be held in the House of Ranajit Kundu (Treasurer to ABCKCOEF(LD)), on 28-04-2012 [Saturday] at said address in previous post in blog. It has been noticed from previous 4 /5 meetings / conventions, there are so many names in GB as per Convention of 29-01-202, but there are only some welknowing faces which has been noticed in the Meetings / Conventions. Keeping this situation in mind, please attend this Governing Body meeting at any cost, for smooth planing to attend this meeting, in this regard and keeping the situation of the members of North Bengal, the meeting date and place has been declared before 13 Days of meeting Date. It is the First GB meeting after Convention of 29-01-2012. The discussion of this meeting is too much urgent, so dont miss it. Its all about good of All Bengal Clerks with the Knowledge of Computer Operation Employees' Federation (Labour Department). Implementation and Importance of EMAIL ID

In Murshidabad Dstrict, as per order of Deputy Labour Commissioner, Berhampore, Murshidabad, email ids have been created for each and every Blocks and Municipalities in a specific format planned by Atin Das, CKCO. I am requesting now all of Clerks with the Knowledge of Computer Operation to work smoothly, please take necessary action following this activity. In this regard, 19 Email Ids have been created for Work smoothly over Inernet Communication (Report Transfer from Block level to RLO, Problem reporting over net and taking action immiditely, Vedio conference for balance in critical situation etc) in Murshidabad.

Cause of this activity :

1) Personal Email ids and passwords are not sharable with others, but in LWFC, there are minimum 3 employees working - IMW (B), CKCO (C), Group D, among 3, at least IMW should have the facility to access email through some specific email id of LWFC, thus there will be some trouble to use your personal id sharing with IMWs.

2) It is more reliable that you can send data to specific Block / Municipality without facing trouble of calling the concerned IMW / CKCO to receive any mail and the spelling mail id. Working way of NS building -  today each and every important orders are sending via the id belongs to the Deputy Labour Commissioners / Assistant Labour Commissioners, so after that the required orders / important matters will be spread via those email id system, i.e. spreading from RLO to LWFCs.

Today, Camp on BOCW, SASPFUW scheme has been completed successfully at Hatinagar Gram Panchayat, Berhampore Block, Murshidabad. Today 1,17,000.00 disbursed under BOCW Scheme. Rs. 70,000.00 for 70 Beneficiaries for Tools, 2 Beneficiaries for Education @ Rs. 15000.00 and others 5 for Education.

Birbhum Convention

Our convention at Birbhum has successfully completed in prsence of Sri. Manoj Chakraborty, President of SGEF and ABCKCOEF(LD). 1st District Convention at Birbhum on 08/04/2012, Sunday.

We are Cordially inviting to all GB members of ABCKCOEF' with Tanmay Das & Parijat Mahanty from Purulia to attend the 1^st  Birbhum Dist. Convention which will be held on 08/04/2012, Sunday in IFCO Co-operative Samity Conference Hall  near Fulidanga, Tarapith, Birbhum at 10.00 am in the presence of ABCKCOEF' President Sri Monoj Chakraborty, Sri Ashis Banerjee (Local MLA), Sri Sukumar Mukherjee (Savapati of Rampurhar - II Development Block), working president of State Govt. Employees Federation (SGEF) Sri Sujan Bandhu Ghosh, General Secretary of SGEF Sri Shyamol Ghosh,  Assistant General Secretary of SGEF Sri Naba Gouranga Das and others. We are discussing about our working procedure in future, present status regarding our job; we have to re-build our work culture in our Department as we are doing everyday and many others things will discuss on that day. We know this Convention at Birbhum will have finished with great success.

          In addition, please re-construct your dist. committee as quick as possible collaborate with SGEF and try to organise this type of Convention in you dist in future.
